Q. What will happen if the recipient is not around when the flowers are being delivered?

Office Buildings
We will either leave the flowers with the receptionist or leave it at the desk of the recipient with a required signature as proof of delivery.

Private Residences
We will contact the purchaser to agree upon one of three options: -

We will leave the flowers either at the front door of the residence in question or at the guard house of a high-rise building. (We are also willing to leave the flowers with the neighbors if all parties agree.)

We will reschedule and try to deliver the flowers at another time or date. (Please be advised that a second delivery will incur additional charges and will only be made after payment has been received.)

You may also opt to pick up the flowers at our outlet at Hartamas Shopping Centre. You can call us at +6011-2154 176 to schedule a pickup. (Please note that the delivery fees will NOT BE refunded.)
